Gombe Stream

The Vibe: Where Science and Wilderness Meet

Hidden along the shores of Lake Tanganyika in western Tanzania, Gombe Stream National Park is a place of legend  renowned as the home of Dr. Jane Goodall's pioneering chimpanzee research. Despite being Tanzania's smallest national park, Gombe's emerald forests, twisting valleys, and pristine beaches create one of the most enchanting natural settings in Africa. Here, adventure, science, and deep connection to nature blend seamlessly.

What Makes It Special

  • Historic Legacy: Every visit here connects you to the groundbreaking discoveries that forever changed how humanity understands its closest living relatives.

Key Wildlife

  • Chimpanzees: Gombe's chimps live freely in the park's tropical forests, allowing extraordinary opportunities to observe their daily lives grooming, foraging, playing, and communicating.
